ok... in all honesty I haven't been motivated to read so that could be it. I'll let you know what Book Club thinks but if you read it too - I'd love to hear your thoughts.
I just started reading it, and I have to tell you, the book starts off awesome! Like such great writing, and I can't wait to find out what happens. Mrs. Norris is so hilariously annoying, and you can tell already it's going to be one of those classic socially aware books that Jane Austen is famous for!
ReplyDeleteMrs. Norris is so annoying. She's the type that will talk you into something - oh yeah I'll do it too or I'll help you and then bail the second it gets to be the slightest amount of work. I think I know what's going to happen but I could be wrong.

Probably.. the cousin thing is sick - were there never any available men back in the day?
